APO APO 以台灣小吃為主，從滷味、台式小點、碗飯、盤飯、湯盅、麵食、台式小火鍋到手工製做的台式冰品飲料， 一應俱全；提供上百種台灣小吃，清新、乾淨、開放的空間，讓客人不須回台灣也能享受得到正宗道地的台灣料理。 針對上班族所特別設計推出的台灣美食套餐 （如圖），提供養生的湯盅像是四神湯、當歸鴨湯、及排骨酥湯，客人可自行選擇搭配台灣料理，像是筒仔米糕、乾伴油蔥紅面線及台式划包，為了顧客之飲食均衡，每份套餐均附燙青菜及APO APO 著名仙草冬瓜茶及仙草凍，既養生更讓我们遠方遊子有一解鄉愁的滿足感。 APO APO 仙草不同於一般市面上所販售用粉泡或用罐頭的仙草，而是採用台灣進口之仙草干採取古法熬煮8個鐘頭而成，整個製作過程需兩天時間，完全手工製造，無任何添加物，新鮮健康。自製的台灣香腸，精選豬肉加上十餘種香料及高梁酒精製而成，其最大特色在於採用羊腸而非一般市面上所採用塑膠腸製成，APO APO自製香腸其顏色為天然原色，而非一般市售香腸因求色澤所以加硝，有害健康。自製的紅糟肉係精選梅花肉加上台灣進口原料，自行發酵紅麴醃製而成；為注重養生人之最佳選擇之一。精選牛腱，加上十餘種大料熬煮八個鐘頭而成 的牛肉麵，一直是店中熱門美食。另外，自製的碗粿、刀削片粿係精選在來米磨製而成，並以創新小碟及片狀方式呈現，讓享受美食之際更增添一份樂趣。 至於最受歡迎的冰品飲料，更是令人驚喜連連；自製 的豆花，採取精選原豆，按台式古法磨製而成，加上特別熬煮的糖漿，為一大天然享受，加上APO APO 自製的湯圓、 芋圓、粉粿、及當天現熬的紅豆或花生，勘稱一絕。
